After a hedonistic youth Emma found herself in her 30's tired, irritable, foggy headed, sleep issues and general unrest. Dissatisfied with seeking advice from the doctor, unconvinced that a prescription for anti-depressants was the solution she realised that she needed a complete lifestyle overhaul and decided to become fully accountable for her own health.
Recognising the mind-body connection, Emma slowly began to implement dietary changes and this naturally progressed into a more wholesome lifestyle, better overall health and happiness quickly followed.
